Services

As a Skilled Nursing Facility offering both short and long-term care, we are able to provide nursing and physical rehabilitation services 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.

Registered nurses, licensed vocational nurses and certified nursing assistants and a team of dietary, social service, physical therapy and activities staff develop a customized plan of care designed to help our residents achieve their own health goals.

Our services include:

• Assistance with all activities of daily living (ADL’s) such as bathing, grooming, dining, etc.
• Medication administration including Intravenous Therapy (IV’s)
• Physical Therapy and Restorative Nursing Assistance
